Chiropractic:
Insurance
We are in-network with UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and Medicare Advantage plans. If you have a UHC Medicare Advantage Plan call to confirm if you have what are called “routine” visits. These are visits that do not require a treatment plan. 
Medicare Part B
We accept Medicare Part B as a non-participating provider. This means
You will pay a reduced rate for spinal manipulation treatment.
We will submit the claim on your behalf to Medicare
Medicare covers only spinal manipulation when there is pain or injury. Exams, therapies,  muscle work, and maintenance/wellness visits are not covered.

Self-pay Rates

  • Chiropractic New Patient Exam: $130
  • Existing patient exam: $85 (For those having been seen in the last couple of years)
  • Chiropractic treatment: $65
  • Add-on visit for additional myofascial muscle work:  $40
  • Therapies (as appropriate): Priced individually.

Preparing for your visit:

Completing the intake forms before arrivable is recommended (often take 20-30min)
Wear loose, comfortable clothing
Bring any prior imaging (x-rays, MRI, reports) if available
Provide previous chiropractic records or a personal health summary if you have them
Bring a list of medications and supplements (especially if extensive)

Functional Medicine/Natural Medicine:

New Patient Consultation: 30-60 minutes – $175-350
Existing Patients of Dr. Elhard: 30-60 minutes – $125 -$245
Follow-up: 20 minutes – $85
Extended time:  $40 per 10 min increments
(Includes history, advanced bloodwork analysis discussion of prior labs and starter recommendations. May include muscle testing, basic Electrodermal Screening (EDS),  supplements, diet recommendations, natural medicine therapies (see below), and future labs.
Lab Testing offered: blood testing, salivary hormone, Dutch urine hormone testing, functional stool testing, Blood Tick Zoomer, organic acids urine testing, cellular micronutrient testing, breath testing for SIBO and/or H Pylori.

Electrodermal Screening (EDS) BodyScan: $750

I am not performing the two hour full Electrodermal Screening BodyScan at this time. Care will continue to focus on manual muscle testing, advanced bloodwork analysis, and functional laboratory testing.
Lab Testing offered: blood testing, salivary hormone, Dutch urine hormone testing, functional stool testing, Blood Tick Zoomer, organic acids urine testing, cellular micronutrient testing, breath testing for SIBO and/or H Pylori.

In addition to advanced bloodwork analysis, hormone optimization, supplementation, diet & lifestyle modifications, etc, we offer many therapies that may be recommended as part of your care plan. These services are available for an additional fee ($40–$90 each):
